It was utterly unacceptable to have to wait two hours for the general manager after our horrible check-in experience. We found the pool not clean, posing safety risks which is outrageous!

The beach view from the oceanfront room was fine. Enjoyment was found in the water sports, well-organized and a highlight of my vacays. The gym equipment was annoyingly out of order, and the dining options fell short of high expectations, particularly with limited buffet selections that failed to impress. The staff were friendly, but the general atmosphere could use more direction from management to elevate the overall experience.
